Refund Policy

This policy is a starting template. Credit repair fees and cancellation rights are regulated under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and state law; have qualified legal counsel review this policy before launch.
Consultation fee
The one-time consultation fee of $150 reserves a dedicated session in which we review your credit profile and outline a custom action plan. The consultation fee is non-refundable but fully transferable.
Transfers & rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may transfer it to another date/time or to another person by contacting us in advance atinfo@omegaredv.com.
Services
Fees, cancellation rights, and refund terms for ongoing credit repair or funding services are governed by the separate written service agreement you receive before any work begins, in accordance with applicable law.
